① EVERY BATCH: THE COA.

Before a single jar of a batch is dispatched, that batch is tested under COA by our Independent accredited laboratories. It is the check that catches adulteration and confirms purity, and it is the reason we can put a batch number on the label and stand behind it. If a batch doesn’t clear, it doesn’t ship — no second opinion, no exception.

We also commissioned a comprehensive analysis of our ghee — heavy metals, the complete microbiological panel, the full nutritional breakdown and a quantified fatty-acid profile. Most brands never run this at all. We publish it in full below.
